A life-long resident of Northeast Ohio, Jenn joined the Michelle McQuade real estate team in 2015. She serves many roles from a Buyer’s Agent to a Certified Professional Property Stager. Jenn is able to provide value-added services during the initial stages of pre-listing and is responsible for all communications through the closing process. She ensures that at every step of the transaction is smooth by keeping the client, lender and title company well informed.

Having been born and raised in Cleveland, Marguerite Sherwin has an intimate knowledge of the eastern suburbs as well as many areas located in Lake, Geauga and Cuyahoga counties. Known to her friends and clients as “Muffi”, she has grown up attending a few of the top rated Cleveland schools such as Gilmour Academy, Hathaway Brown and Case Western Reserve.
Muffi’s approach to real estate has been shaped by years of both professional and personal experiences of moving locally, nationally and internationally! She truly understands the needs and concerns of the buyer and seller having been in their shoes many times. She skillfully handles all complexities that arise from selling and finding a new place to call home with a genuine understanding of the process.
Muffi has a professional background in counseling working for hospitals and with various non-profit organizations. She has developed into an excellent project manager with strong negotiating and problem-solving skills. Her communication style is clear, effective and supportive. Business & Transaction Manager
Born and raised on the east side of Cleveland, Sonya joined the Michelle McQuade Team in the spring of 2017 as the Business & Transaction Manager. Sonya’s excellent organizational and communication skills ensure that every transaction stays on track. Lenders and title companies rave about how Sonya follows up and keeps a pulse on the sale from the day of the purchase to the day of title transfer!
Sonya has stated, “Everything happens for a reason which has brought me to where I am today and loving it!” Her career for the last 27 years was in graphic design. Those skills that she has mastered over the years transitions perfectly into the real estate industry. Customer service, communication and being well organized are Sonya’s top priorities!
