Cleveland, Ohio has been undergoing a transformation during the past several years, and the younger crowd is starting to take notice.

According to Downtown Cleveland Alliance, the city center’s population increased by 79% since 2000, with the number of millennial residents increasing by 77%. In 2018, the downtown area’s estimated population swelled to over 16,000 and is currently growing at a pace of around 1,000 residents each year.
