Many of the most desirable communities in the country offer access to a championship-level golf course, and Metro Cleveland suburbs are no exception.
In the exclusive villages and townships on the outskirts of Cleveland, golf is a favorite activity, along with equestrian and polo. Set amid some of the most beautiful scenery the Midwest has to offer, golf across the Cleveland suburbs is not just a sport. It’s also a visual experience that helps players relax and feel rejuvenated.
Here are some of the most notable golf clubs in the Metro Cleveland area:
The Country Club
The Country Club at Pepper Pike has earned its place in the history of Cleveland and in the game of golf. Founded in 1889, the Club’s 18-hole William Flynn-designed golf course has been the venue of many significant tournaments and events, and has been graced by the presence of quite a few of the sport’s legends.
Today, proud members make sure The Country Club’s timeless charm is preserved.
