On a lark, I went to an open house at the suggestion of my best friend. I quickly fell in love with the house as it was not only beautiful but also seemed perfect for me. Michelle did an outstanding job of selling my best friend’s home within 48 hours of listing at above-ask price. She also secured my friend’s purchase of her new home that already was under contract by using an innovative approach of submitting a contingent offer in case the already accepted offer fell through.
