The experience was outstanding. It vastly exceeded my high expectations. She came very prepared the first time we met. She had a lot of data on the potential asking price for my house. Included were data on homes sold in my school district, about my homes size, homes in my actual neighborhood and others. The data was based on price per square foot. After agreeing upon a tentative price she suggest the best approach to display the house for sale. This included a professional photographer taking multiple pictures for the Zillow presentation. When the house was shown she kept me “in the loop” at every step. After receiving multiple offers, we met and discussed the strategies for our correct response. This included timing, terms and other conditions. Throughout the process Michelle touched base with me every few days to get my input and keep me up to speed on the next step or steps in the process.
