Michelle was my third real estate agent, and man was I was grateful to have found her. Michelle LISTENS to what you hope for in a home, and then searches like a crazed person to find it for you. When we were looking for a home, there are exactly 0 homes on the market in the area we wanted that fit our needs. After waiting for a month or so, we decided to go out and visit the neighborhood anyway. Well, Michelle did not shrug her shoulders and say “well there’s nothing to show you” as she certainly could have. Instead, she started placing calls with friends, acquaintances, and neighbors that had mentioned moving at some point to inquire about showing their (off market) home. She asked anyone and everyone she knew if they had heard of anything possibly coming on the market. We know the number of calls she made, because we were with her for many of them.

She cares so deeply about her clients, and it has nothing to do with the money. We did not have a huge budget, she was not making a huge commission, she just really truly wanted to find us our home. and she did. We were first time buyers, using a physicians loan, so only had 5% down, but one of her calls landed, and she found a couple who was willing to move out of their home a year early and sell to us. I have an entire family full of real estate agents in Colorado, whom I love, but I have never seen them put in the same amount of time and effort for a client. In fact I’m not sure my own family would have been as dedicated to us as she was! She’s definitely become far more than an agent for us, and will be a neighbor and lifelong friend!

Since going under contract, she didn’t just disappear, she continuously called and checked in with us. When we had questions regarding projects, she shared her carpet, guy, her contractor, her painter. Any reference we needed, she had a person for the job whom she trusted deeply, and therefore, we also trusted. Michelle will relentlessly search for what you want until she finds it. Then she will be your bestie.
